As the cooler air comes in from the North our temperate climate turns from the moderate warmth of summer to the moderate cool of Fall and Winter. Yes, our moderate San Diego weather makes for some spectacular October Weddings and the ocean temperature is still warm enough (65-69 degrees) for a dip through late October.

After their wedding 4 years ago, some friends and all of us who attended stood out in the La Jolla beach break at sunset, knee deep and got pounded by the waves until we were soaked. What a memorable experience.
